We are not a pre-paid rental listing agency that sells you a list of available properties.

If you are very interested in the property it is best if you download the Application now, fill it out, and have it ready to turn in when you apply.
Below is a summary of the application process.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO RENT AN APT , CONDOMINIUM OR HOUSE
APPLICATION – You can get an Application from us when you view the property. Better yet, as we stated above, you can obtain one on this website, and have it ready to turn in if you like the property when you view it. Please fill out the Application completely. All occupants must be named. There is a $15.00 per adult application fee. If you provide a current credit report we may waive that fee. We also ask that you give us a $100.00 good faith deposit. It must be in a separate payment. Checks are acceptable. The $100.00 will be held until your application is approved. If it is denied, it will be returned to you.
RETURN TO – Return the completed application to Cornerstone Property Management at 1756 Arrow Hwy., La Verne, CA, 91750. There is a drop slot for 24 hour drop-offs.
PROCESSING TIME - We try to process the application as quickly as possible. Often in 24 hours.
AFTER APPROVAL – Rental Agreements will be signed and you will receive your keys when your total move-in cost is paid. No personal checks for you move-in balance. It must be in the form of a cashiers check, or money order.
WHO WE WILL RENT TO – We do not discriminate because of race, color, creed or national origin, marital status, age, sex, source of income, or other forms of discrimination prohibited by law. We do, however, have an obligation to accept only those applicants who are able to pay the rent, are willing to care for their residence, and are considerate of the rights of their neighbors.
ONCE A TENANT – We strictly enforce the prompt payment of the rent when due.
